The property is really nice and well maintained. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurants and shoppes are just steps from the hotel.

Everything was up to service. It was practically perfect in every way. We both loved the room. The comfortability, the cleanliness, everything was quick and the environment was great too. He made a comment that it always smelled of green tea and it made it all the better.

Saturday night stay

Overall good stay, nice clean comfortable room. Great shower, bartender very friendly and made great drinks, although wish the bar opened before 5pm. Pool was nice but will say the needs to be upgraded as a lot of tiles were missing, they also need to have a designated area for smokers away from the pool area. One elevator was broken and the next day both elevators were broken so made it very difficult when you are on the sixth floor.

Warm welcome and easy check-in!

Darren checked us in when we arrived late after a 5 hour drive. He was so helpful with the pet fee since our pets are registered support animals, and we stay at this hotel while traveling to University of Florida for our dog's cancer treatments. It made us feel so welcome and taken care of while dealing with a stressful time. Darren even checked in on us when we got to our room via text to make sure everything was okay. He was a true pleasure to work with!

The check in was average. Reception staff was aloof, not super friendly or helpful. The room looked newer. Everything was very clean. The A/C was super loud when it kicked on. There was no chair or seating in the room. There was a desk chair and the beds only. I was in for the evening so it would have been nice to have a comfy chair to sit in while watching the television. When I stated this to the reception staff he pretended he could not hear me. He probably should not be working the front desk.
