The condition of the hallways were in need of repair, or renovation. The elevator was very slow, which cause us realize the stairwell needs as well. The hotel needs some touching up

It was a terrible stay for us. We had booked two rooms for two nights and checked out the next morning. The rooms were gross and there were so many things falling apart. I have a child who has breathing problems and there was so much caked up dirt and dust in the vents of our room. We also had a nasty smell in our room. We could hardly close the door for the bathroom because the door was splitting. Also, the shower didn’t drain so we had to stand in 2-3 inches of dirty water while showering. There were stains all over the linen which made it uncomfortable to sleep in.

Wouldn’t stay again

Check in was fast and easy. Good location. Room was clean but smelled of heavy bleach. We ended up sick and it may have been from the smell. Beds were bouncy and tossed and turned all night. There was a beeping sound coming from somewhere possibly the ac or the fridge and it went on all night. Had to check out at 7:15 and there was no breakfast, drinks or anything. The vending machines weren’t working and front desk only had water.

There were roaches around the fridge, coming out of the air conditioner, and they came out of the phone when I picked it up to call the front desk. It was a very special day for my husband and I and this experience ruined it. It was Valentine’s Day and rooms were booked everywhere else. The hotel did switch my room but of course I was up the whole night thinking roaches were going to be in there. Just think if roaches were to get in our belongings and then we take that back to our home. I’m very disappointed and would life a full refund. I have never experienced this at any hotel I’ve booked through Expedia.
