Room was in good condition. It would be nice to provide a tiny tub of toothpaste, we had to run and grab some. Some staff members seemed a bit odd, gave us weird looks. Not sure if it’s because we were an interracial couple, because we were polite.

The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our first room was not fully clean, but they immediately gave us another one. Overall good rooms and a safe area, since there are other hotels next to it.

First off unpon entering Mercedes was not too friendly. Reserved a premium room with premium snacks didnt get that. Hotel was dirty. Rooms were not new like the sign advertised. Our a/c sounded like midgets doing construction all night. Didnt get any rest guest above us was very loud.

The front desk clerk was oblivious. Told her repeatedly we had a dog (pet required a 1st floor room). 1st room, one of beds wasn't made & smelled so strongly of bleach, my eyes & nose burned. We're told to wait 30 min till cleaning is done. We come back & no rooms left on first floor. 2nd fl room filthy. AC noisy. Vents covered in dirt. Bathroom vent/light dirty & so loud, I woke up hubby during nite. Do NOT stay here.

All reported via email to corporate which forwarded to facility.
