The room they put us in was on a dirt road with no view. Only look at a parking lot and cinder blocks. The rooms at front of hotel have a nice view. The room was really clean but will not stay again. Too pricey for what you get. Breakfast was like a convenience store.

Bed mattress was bad.The shower had no bath curtain and was never provided despite requesting it repeatedly. The people at the front desk were not helpful, nor friendly. They seemed tired and uninterested in having anymore tourist. And this was a 200 dollar room. The mattress was literally lopsided. Great location, near park, walking distance to Gardiner restaurants and stores.

The room we stayed in is at the back of the main building. The bed was great and shower was hot and strong. The breakfast was served until 10am ( though it says 9am on the door). Overall a great place to stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The receipt we received when booked in January stated that we would pay $37 or 4% resort fee tax. When we arrived, the fee had grown to $87. this was not disclosed before we booked or arrived.. other than that, the staff was very friendly and the room was great. They even let us have bear spray for free. I just dont like to see new undisclosed fees that we did not agree to when booking
