The room was dirty. The sheets were full of fur and weird brown smudges. There was hair on the toilet and the shower did not fully engage. We switched rooms and the cleanliness was slightly better. The shower had the same issue. Tile was cracked, floor was not clean and had gunk built up in the corners. The temperature was comfortable and the staff were very kind.

The room I stayed in was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The bathroom was also quite cold. The fire alarm’s flashing light was very bright at night, and the fridge froze my food. The breakfast menu wasn’t healthy either — mostly fast food and prepackaged items — so I chose not to eat there. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel’s location was convenient, close to Geneva Lake, which I was planning to visit. However, I was disappointed that housekeeping never came to clean the room after my first night, and I had to bring the used towels to the front desk myself!

My stayed on 10/12 was good. However my one night stay got charged twice. Once through hotel.com and once through the hotel charge. When I called on 10/17 front desk to ask for help and resolve this billing issue. The front desk person was aggressive, told me no such thing happened and will not entertained my request. I felt like I was accused of being a lier and wasted his time. I am surprised by the level of service and hope they will do something about it. I will be disputing the charge through my credit card company.

Just finished a 3 night stay for our family of 4 . Never came on the second day to clean both rooms. When I inquired about it, the front desk person said they were too busy. There’s no supervisor to talk to. Breakfast was lousy, stay next door at the Holiday Inn.

Plenty of parking space, the desk staffers were very nice and friendly, breakfast was better than usual for a continental style. The bed was comfortable and the quiet helped us get a good night's sleep. The rooms are on the small side but have everything you need. I would definitely stay here again.
