First off, the staff, grounds, and interior common areas were awesome. I wasn't expecting that. The accessible room I was assigned, Room 112, was mostly clean with the exception of the shower. The shower floor was nasty as if the tiles have never been steam cleaned. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was a very rough night of trying to sleep.
