The room was very clean. Spacious. Looked like it has been well kept. The included breakfast was the best of that sort that I have ever seen. Well done! Would definately stay here again if I am in town.

Great place to stay

Beds were to die for, showers were great, the lady who I did not get her name but she was working that afternoon when we came in, well she was AMAZING and deserves a raise! The room was clean, cool, bathroom was so xlean, they had a kureg in the room not those other stupid pack coffee makers. The pool water was little too green for us but we went to big Rock park to play anyways so didn't really care. I'd recommend this hotel over and over!

Stayed 2 nights had 3 rooms with my kids and grandkids. Had to have one of the rooms changed on the first night because of an alarm malfunction in the room. The lady a desk was very nice. Breakfast was great. The elevator broke the second night and pool was also out of order on second night which was very disappointing to the grandkids. Wouldn’t stay here again

One elevator, upstairs footsteps. What to do?

We were in room 200. It was very spacious, seemingly an ADA room without the shower requirements. Besides the very soft bed, our only complaint would be the noise from the guests above us in room 300. Their steps were very noisy, so I'd suggest asking for a top floor room to prevent this upstairs noise. However, the trade off would be the sole elevator. We started using the stairs instead.
