The TV did not work and the staff was unable to help because they aren’t trained. They gave a phone number to a call center and they couldn’t help either, said they would pass our case to the next level. They called back the next day after we checked out. The shower door wouldn’t close, the outlets and USB charging ports didn’t work. We were placed in a room, in a hallway with a large wedding party. There was no peace and quiet at night.

Overall, I was pretty happy with my stay. My only complaint is that I specifically chose a king size room with an accessible bathtub. When we arrived, we had no bathtub. We called down to ask to be changed to one with a tub and were told that there were no king-size rooms That had bathtubs. I’m not sure if the problem lies with Expedia or with the facility, but I was unhappy with the inaccurate description. We were told we would have to upgrade to a room that has two queens in order to get to a bathtub, but we were not offered that option.

Upon entry the front desk representative was very professional, friendly and courteous. I apologize, for not remembering their names but the breakfast person treated us as if we were visitors in her home. We never felt rushed or out of place even when we were running late. Property was very clean. Staff was available and friendly. It was nice for manage to stop and speak to guests during breakfast. Lauren was very helpful with assisting me at checkout. We brought our 3 daughters and their families to Grand Rapids and Michigan’s Adventure , we had 4 rooms and they did a fantastic job by making sure we were all on the same floor , the kiddos loved the pool and everyone loved the breakfast , the whole front desk staff was wonderful to us , we will be back
