The location is excellent. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The opportunity to take a shuttle to my concert was an extra perk. The hotel lobby and my room were cheerful and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

The welcome to the hotel was great! I wish I knew her name, but she had Blonde hair with glasses I believe. I am not sure if that narrows it down or not. Haha but very professional. The only bad thing I would have to say is the smell of the room once you enter, to be frank it was of “feet” which I am sure is from the carpet itself. They should be thoroughly cleaned or replaced with tile or plank wood. Other than that a wonderful stay!

The hotel was clean and everything was great until i was told that when i checked out early I was unable to receive a refund for the last night of my stay. The manager said he would give me my refund but i would have to request through hotels.com there were 2 witnesses (an employee and my son), yet when Hotels.com called the hotel, they refused, and hotels.com customer service did little to help get my money back
