After cleaning my room maid left my door open all day. When I got back to the room hotel was full and door was ajar. When I went up front the person at the desk couldn’t answer why. Never got back with me.

Cleanliness of the breakfast are needs to be improved. Tables and counters were not wiped down. The bread didn’t have tongs so people reached in with their hands. The employee in the breakfast area was busy chatting with someone and didn’t get out of my way so I could get juice.

The king suite was spacious. The bed comfortable and we slept well. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The furnishings particularly the recliner and sofa were pretty worn. The bath and adjacent suite room need nite lights as it's a bit of a challenge to navigate them from the bedroom. The tub shower combo needs a grab bar or two so that us old farts can navigate them safely. With all the space in this room there is a lot you could do. The TV viewing area could have two chairs instead of one. A couple will experience a one man left out experience. The table and chairs are appreciated but are far too small to play most games on.
