Perfectly located

The hotel has a perfect location and it has a good old style. A few things were not so good: the bed lamps are not suitable for reading in bed. The glasses we used for drinking champagne were not washed during 3 days.

grosszügiges Frühstückbüffet grosse Zimmer, gute Betten, grosszügiger Dusche- WC-Bereich kleiner Fernsehapparat beim Zimmersave fehlt die Batterie-Abdeckung bei der Fernbedienung für das Klima fehlt auch ein Element

+: Lage sehr gut, Personal freindlich und bemüht -: kein Warmwasser nach 9 Uhr, Geruch nach Kanalisation im Zimmer, Frühstück: zuwenig Personal, nicht aufgefülltes Buffet, Standard-Angebot wie Orangensaft ging aus. Keine Information beim Checkin über Hotelangebot.

Die Lage vom Hotel war optimal. Das Zimmer gross, die Toilette klein, und schlechte Spülung! Das Personal sehr freundlich.Alles in Allem, Graz ist sehenswert.
