When I enter I have food , not able to heat my food because microwave was not working I called reception many times no one has picked my ph then I go to reception myself but no one was there . After 15 to 20 minutes I requested receptionist to fix microwave she said no one here to fix it and then she said you can move to another room I changed my room carrying all the luggage and shifted other room. Now in new room microwave was working but table lamp was not working and also they have placed coffe maker but without flask. Terrible experience and I m going to write this complaint to Comfort Inn management they should refund my money. Thanks

It was okay. The staff weren’t rude, but they weren’t the friendliest either. Mattresses were clearly very old, pretty uncomfortable. But the room seemed clean. The linens were obviously older, so some discolouration - but smelled and looked clean. No ice machine?

Comfort and good value

We were quite impressed by the breakfast as it had quite a lot of options, Coffee, eggs, bacon, waffles, regular and maple, cereal, fruit, juice, biscuits and gravy, etc. Something for everyone. Quiet and comfortable beds.

I found 2 spider in bathroom walk in shower Mirror in bathroom too low I’m not on wheelchair and I’m hard of hearing And an AMAZING service front desk very friendly and smiling plus nice place it is wonderful

The room where we stayed was at first glance decent. Till i found long black hair under the pillows and blankets. I dont think these were washed between us and the previous occupants. There was also a wad of long black hair in the shower. Looked to be the same hair as on the beds. The toilet around the bottom where its screwed on looked like it hadnt been cleaned in ages. The shower door didnt close, the toilet paper holder had an arm broken off. The carpet had red streak stains on it. But to top the cake , people kept knocking on our door. Several times! Always different people. At 3 am someone was banging really hard. We were just passing thru and dont know anyone there. So it definitely felt sketchy. We were overall not very impressed, with the stay. The staff seemed nice tho
