We went to our room and then left to see the area. When we returned to our room, our tv would not work properly. The gentleman, Mark, working at the front desk; came to our room and did everything to make the tv work. When it wouldn't, he moved us to an upgraded room at no extra charge. He made sure everything was perfect in the new room. He was so gracious and helpful. Breakfasts were very good, too. Great location to walk in Ligonier. We will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Ligonier.

The hotel is conveniently located downtown. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I had issue with the musty smell of the lobby and my room. There were stains on the side of the mattress and also on two of the walls going into the bathroom. When I got into bed it smelled like the comforter needed cleaned as when I folded it down the sheets smelled clean.

Beautiful, spacious and clean room. Staff was especially helpful and encouraging as I was there to attend the funeral of a beloved family member. The only negative aspect was that the shower switch came off and it was difficult to get the shower to full force. I pointed this out to housekeeper and she agreed to have it repaired.
