The dead bolt would not work on the door, the toilet took 3 flushes each time. The front desk was no help. I requested a different room but they said they could fix the problem. Handiman had no clue how to fix the dead bolt. He pounded the strike plate with a hammer for a good 30 to 45 minutes at 9:15 am in the morning. Someone opened the door when I took a shower. Thankfully I had the stop latch on and I heard it when they opened the door. Probably the cleaning lady. Sad part she did fully close the door after she opened it. I got out of the shower and the door was still cracked open. I told the front desk that I wanted a new room that I was exhausted from sleeping with one eye open due to the dead bolt situation. Also, the elevator was not working the whole time. The front desk attendant, Danielle was supposed to transfer me to another room for my second night but failed to do so. I came back expecting a different room but to no avail. The front desk attendant, Rick, called Danielle to see what happened and she denied it all. It was a terrible two night. Never again
