Bit noisey but good value. Good size family room. Check in easy. Rooms clean anc sanitised.

Receptionist was very lovely. The rooms were as expected. It was also very quiet despite the location.

The Bathroom wasn't clean,not enough hangers and not enough plug sockets there was 2 plug sockets and one of them was occupied by the tv

Hotel good location and easy to find. Pillows very hard so cldnt sleep and every time you put the light on in the bathroom it was so noisy it kept everyone awake or you cldnt hear the television. A few tweaks and it cld be so much better. Wish I had requested a walk in shower as my mother cldnt use the bath it was so slippy, but the receptionist did try to change but they were full so my fault.

Pros: night staff was very nice and always smiling
Cons: the attitude on day staff I found them very unhelpful, and try to charge you twice for rooms you had already paid for, the cleaning needs improving.
Location: we picked here as it was 1 mile from where I was getting married there really isnt a lot to do.
I had booked nine rooms for my wedding close by, asked for all rooms next to each other as we have a few toddlers that make a lot of noise so would not distub other people at hotel, when we arrive 2 rooms were at other side of hotel, the women on the desk was very unhelpful and said she is not changing them, we paid for all nine rooms an hour later other members of our party arrived when they went to the desk to collect room keys, women on the desk tryed saying they had not been paid for and they had to pay, the hotel was extremly dusty.
