Familjen pÄ Hotell Havsbaden Spa

HÀrligt spa med mÄnga inomhus & utomhus pooler och solsÀngar, hade önskat snabbare incheckning och bordsplacering vid middag. UnderhÄll av ledstÀnger vid poolerna behöver ses över. Skyltning saknas av att den gröna poolen var saltvattens pool dÄ jag undvek den pga fÀrgen vilket var synd. Ala carte maten övertrÀffade familjens förvÀntningar mycket gott!

Suggestions of improvements

The reception was badly placed right in the middle of the flow from the rooms to the diner, snack bar and the shuffleboard room. And I don’t see the point in sitting receptionists with a giant screen between the receptionist and the customer. The spa was ok regarding the amount of different saunas and pools but water on the floor everywhere and load of children playing in the pools pulled the experience down a lot.

Helnöjda med vistelsen !

Vi hade tvÄ fantastiska dagar pÄ Havsbaden. Allt fungerade pÄ topp. Fina rum och sköna sÀngar. Otroligt god mat och vÀnligt bemötande. Vi njöt verkligen tillsammans med goda vÀnner och poolhÀng pÄ en skön och varm kvÀll var underbart skönt.

Spa avdelningen, restaurangen och baren va suverÀn. Trevlig personal, supergod mat och trevliga pooler. Sen va de delar som sabbade upplevelsen lite. Inne i badrummet fattades delar av golvets kakel, handfatet satt vÀldigt lÄngt ner. Handfatet satt lite lÄgt som toastolen va hög. Mycket mÀrkligt. O badrockarna.... fick be om nya dÄ storleken inte stÀmmer. Dom Àr sÄ urtvÀttade (rimligt och förstÄeligt) men det krymper dom. SÄ ingen i vÄrat sÀllskap kunde stÀnga rockarna trots att vi hade större storlekar Àn vanligt. O sen gÄ runt med öppen rock inne pÄ hotellet nÀr man inte va pÄ spat kÀndes förnedrande. Ska tillÀgga att vi tidigare varit pÄ hotellet och fick badrockar som var större Àn vad som behövdes sÄ det finns uppenbarligen möjlighet att skyla sig.....
