Nice place to stay

Room was clean. Service was good. Beds were comfortable and clean of any bugs. Everyone was very friendly. I left something in the room. I hope it can be mailed to me.

Very nice quick over night stay

We had a wonderful experience from the time we checked in till the time we left. The location was wonderful, very conveniently located to many area attractions and restaurants. The room was exceptionally clean. The area was nice. We had equipment in the back of our truck that was never bothered or we were concerned about anyone taking it. We will put this hotel on our list of places to stay for the future.

The AC unit in the room was not working properly and stopped working on 3rd night. Although they gave us the option to switch rooms we already had all of our stuff in the room so we did not move. Also the breakfast was the same breakfast 4 days in a row. More variety would be better.

I couldn't get checked in. A computer system problem? I woke up to go to the restroom and my room was FLOODED. Even in the bathroom on the tiles. My feet were black from it. The carpet, ughhhh. Had to dress, pack and go to the desk. No one answered the phone.

Great Hotel

Staff was always friendly and welcoming, room was clean, bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again next time we stay overnight in Foley! We tried a couple other hotels in Foley before this one and the beds in the others were not comfortable.

The food was ok, but it just felt kind of dirty in the area where you eat. One of the nights I kept smelling something, I couldn't quite tell what it was. We started sniffing around and one of my pillows smelled like a dead racoon. It was pretty gross. The pool was always packed to the max, so we couldn't use it with my family. I would personally not return, but overall it was an ok stay for the price.

During my recent stay, I noticed several issues with the bathroom that need attention. The floors were not adequately cleaned and required mopping. I took the initiative to disinfect the area with Lysol, but the grout around the toilet was stained and in need of a deep clean. Additionally, the tub had visible stains that I couldn't fully clean, which affected my comfort. I also found some towels in the room that were stained and dirty, which was disappointing. On a positive note, I want to commend the staff for being friendly and helpful. The lobby area was well-maintained and had a pleasant smell, and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. At check out I told front desk staff my issue but didn't really seem concerned . Thank you for considering this feedback.
