Think twice before making reservation.

The hotel needs to be cleaned and sanitized. My first room was nasty. Bathtub had mold around the ends and back. The floor in front mold. Second room was nasty. Two towels were disgusted.one towel looked as if it was used to work on a vehicle. Second towel had mildew on it. Shower curtain was mildew. When I walked in the window was open without a screen. Insects and rodents could come in easily. The pictures on your website doesn’t even look like the motel in Gukf Shores, Al. The outside has siding coming off and needs a good washing. I can’t even give this motel a star.

The water pressure is very bad, the room is sterile, the WiFi is almost nonexistent, the towels were all stained, very few TV channels. The only good thing I can say about this place is they made the bed and changed out towels every day.

I didn’t expect excellent service or cleanliness but I expected better than we experienced. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain was stained, bathroom door did not lock. The bathroom smelled heavily of smoke, I’m assuming from the room next door. When we returned after our first day, there was a huge roach crawling on the wall. All of this was reported and the only response was “thanks for telling me.” NEVER EVER AGAIN.

When we arrived. No one was in the office. Had to wait for 10 minutes to check in. Very unsafe feeling, couldn't wait to check out the next morning

The room was not bad. The floors were dirty, wear shoes. The room was sparse, just the beds and a tiny table and fridge. If you are not planning to spend any time there, the beds are soft and plenty of pillows are perfect for a nights stay. Shower was nice but toilet and drains are slow. I think people live in the hotel and they had an outside party one evening. Loud and no parking for guests. Couldn't get connected to the wifi. But TV worked!
