My room was lovely, high ceilings and after two weeks of travel in Europe, the AC was wonderful. Everything was clean and the check-in process was easy and digital. Great location, only a block from an S-Bahn entrance.

It is not a hotel. It is a hostel. If advertised as such, good. But it is not worth the price. The bathroom design is awful. The location and views are not worth the inconvenience of deisign, staffing and all around atmosphere of cheapness

Terrific location! Walkable to so many of the things you want to see & experience in Hamburg Central. Also walkable (25mins) to Central Train Station. Room was modern, clean, efficient. Shower was the best - hot water immediately & good size. Bar & staff were incredible. Bar is 24/7 with snacks late, so no matter when you check in (at the bar downstairs ) staff is there to great you & you can have a good pause & a drink after. Bed & pillows are on the firm side, but cozy & don’t prevent a good night’s sleep. Really well done. Everything is guest centric & you want for nothing. Highly recommend! Would go back in a minute!

The location of the property was superb. All main attractions were within walking distance. The Nest rooms are quite small and it was not clearly made aware when we booked 6 rooms. Otherwise a 5 star stay ✨️ 👌
