Really good quiet location with free, and easy parking options. Hop, skip and a jump to two supermarkets plus an easy walk home from a night out. Bathroom a little tired. Seem to always get the room with the cracked basin. Decent sized fridge is great. Not multi storied making it easy to come & go quickly. Always enjoy our stay at the Ventura.

Spotlessly clean, with amazing staff. Worked perfectly for our one night stay - but it is close to a large roundabout, which is a little noisy and the decor a bit outdated.

The property was tidy, which we appreciated. However, the focus on keeping costs down was noticeable - the absence of a rubbish bin in the main room (bathroom only) limited plates and cutlery, no trays, use of pods for milk instead of 250ml tetra, and apple and orange juice that was perhaps made from a sachet and didn't bear much resemblance to juice at all.

It was a pleasure to return to this apartment after a year. It has easy parking , friendly staff and was quiet throughout our three day stay . The continental breakfast was more than adequate. It was convenient for walking to the restaurants we were joining friends at. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and will definitely return from Western Australia when again visiting family there.
