Bed’s and bedding were really comfortable. It was simple to check in and they let us check in early because we just finished a 23 hour flight (39 hours of travelling in total) and we were desperate to have a rest. The lounge is really cozy and the continental breakfast was pretty good. The rooms are a tad dated but we’re really clean. Overall experience was fab.

it is right in the city centre and within easy walking distance to all the eateries, a supermarket and the Waikato river. The hotel is clean and tiday, and the bed is comfortable, as what is expected of a typical 3 star hotel.

Site is very tired, noisey and dirty, not the luxury experience you would think from the name. Can't recommend. Also be careful of Expedia website, price changed from booking on site to itinerary, too late to pickup - paid a massive rate, no way to reclaim money as it was my mistake for not seeing it before cut off.

1 night stay was good with hotel near Central Hamilton amenities. Visited the Hamilton gardens which are close by. Very worth a visit.
