The only thing I would like to comment on is the room next to mine , very loud at 4am in morning, it sounded like some one was moving furniture opening parcels, went on until just before 6am. I had to knock on the door to let them know

We booked the Junior Suite at The Hampton Maid and it was wonderful! So much space, modern and extremely comfortable! The front desk was helpful and dining room for breakfast delish! Highly recommend if in the Hampton Bays area...we hope to be back and will stay here again!

Love staying at the Hampton maid. We left how cute and quaint the grounds were and had a beautiful pool and grass area with a playground. Our room was very spacious and clean. And it was a short walk to the marina. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant, but heard it was very good.

We stayed in a second floor room with a balcony that overlooked the pool and it was beautiful - both the room and the property. My only complaint is a small one. There is a window above the sliding glass door that, due to the nature of being high above in the Cathedral ceiling, can't be covered. Therefore, I was woken up by the sun way too early for my tastes. 😁
