Staffs are Extremely helpful and friendly: front desk staffs, house keeping, bar and breakfast buffets. It appears that everyone there work as a team. Very convenient location to walk to hoang kiem lake, train street, cathedral church, shops and restaurants. hotel is safe and clean. Highly recommend this hotel if you visit Hanoi

The staff at the Oriental Jade went above and beyond expectations for my stay in Hanoi. Guest requests were attended to promptly and pleasantly. Location is perfect for area attractions and just meandering about. Rooms are very clean and sufficiently quiet considering you are in the heart of the Old Quarter. Highly recommend.

Great location , close to the old quarter and lake so extremely convenient. One of the best breakfast options during our trip. Staff are very helpful. Spa was average . The rooms were very clean but a little small esp with international travelers luggage .

We had a wonderful stay at the Jade Oriental. It’s a very charming place in the old Hanoi neighborhood. The decor was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and efficient. We loved the flowers in the lobby. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast Room in the basement was very pleasant and offered a wonderful array of different foods.

Charming hotel with amazing service. The hotel itself was so charming and clean. We had the family room with two bathrooms and it was such a cozy connecting room with comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel taken care of. The hotel rooftop restaurant and bar was great and the food was amazing! The hotel was also just a block to the lake and was in walking distance of so many restaurants and shopping. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. Thank you to the staff for such a great experience!
