The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to help make the stay memorable! Their English is better than mine. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff. The hotel itself is clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. Despite being in the middle of old quarter they must have great soundproofing as the night was quiet. No regrets here and we’d gladly stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. This hotel felt like our oasis. The food, especially the breakfast buffet, was delicious. The spa is also excellent. I will stay here every time I am in Hanoi.

It's a great place to stay in Hanoi's Old Quarter. 1 block away from Hoan Kiem Lake. The first thing you will notice when you come in is the smell of jasmine. The front desk people are very friendly and professional. You will be offered a fresh juice drink and cookies while you are checking in. Breakfast is always good. Lots of variety and you can also order from a small breakfast menu. The staff goes around asking how things are. They are all very friendly and sweet. They even remembered that it was my wife's birthday and had a cake and wine in the room when we came back at the end of the day. All in all, this hotel is very highly rated. Thank you Oriental Jade Hotel and see you next time.

Stayed here while I was in Hanoi. It was a great hotel to stay at for my trip in Vietnam. The room was spotless and there were multiple amenities at this hotel. The hotel staff were all very helpful and they allowed us to do a late check out and even arranged free transportation to the airport. The manager Nancy went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible and I highly recommend staying here if you visit Hanoi.

I can not recommend this hotel too highly. If you come to Hanoi. Stay here. Lovation is perfect, breakfast best we have had in vietnam, roof top bar superb. The best thing is the staff and service, bedt we have received in the world!! We have travelled lots, but the welcome and genuine willingness to help is 10/10

Second stay after a short break to Ha Long Bay. Excellent stay as before. I am unable to name everyone but all the staff from bell boy to house keeping were extremely obliging. Always acknowledged our presence with greetings and smiles which we reciprocated. What stands out is the care they took of us. This time special mention to Eileen on check out who made sure we were safely picked up by our Grab driver to the airport, and thanks for the parting gift. This hotel may not be the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for and the location was excellent for a tourist and more so for a first time visitor to Hanoi like we were. Please also see my previous review for the first part of our stay.
