All staff members were extremely friendly, and very helpful, always willing to go above and beyond. The food from both the breakfast area and the restaurant was consistently exceptional. The hotel itself is very well maintained, boasts amazing views from the rooftop and is situated at the heart of Old Quarter. Carolyn, Eileen and the other staff at the front desk really stood out for their drive to ensure everything was comfortable.

We enjoyed a great stay. The best things about this hotel are the convenient location (close walking distance to lake, shops, main square and markets) and the staff. The staff made sure to check in every morning at breakfast to see how we were going. We had a minor complaint about the room and the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue and offer compensation (which they didn’t have to). There was also a nice gift upon checkout.

Great location. We came from Canada to join a tour. We thought we would stay a couple days before the tour and picked the Oriental Jade Hotel based on the reviews online. We were not disappointed. From the moment we were greeted with a welcome drink when we arrived, to the time we checked out, we felt like we were VIP guests. Close to the old quarter Hanoi and French Quarter. Shopping, entertainment and restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nice and quiet. A great bar/restaurant/pool on the rooftop with an amazing view. I recommend the fresh prawn spring rolls, delicious! The breakfast buffet was the best we had on our whole trip and we travelled a month thru Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Our only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer. We felt very pampered.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was exceptional. The breakfast was included and was a very complete buffet along with a full egg station. The coffee and fresh squeezed juices were great! The location in the old quarter is so easy to get around by foot and it is a block from a small lake and tourist area. I’d glad stay again.

The hotel has the best location in Hanoi. It is located in old quarters but near the French quarter and Hoan Kim lake. The night market which occurs every weekend is 2 minutes away by walking. The main area in French quarter was closed on Sunday for cars and motorcycles which make it a great area to stroll. Many great restaurants are nearby. The room, staffs, and breakfast are as expected of the 5 star hotel
