Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed here before & will continue to stay here.I'm going to do my review in sections so it's easier to understand: Location: It's a straight shot to Hershey & attractions. Maybe a ten minute drive, if that. Close to gas stations as well & is an easy on/off the interstate location. Room: We had a king suite, the room was big & had a nice layout, some wear & tear but nothing to really dive into. I would've given this visit 5 Stars; however, the shower wouldn't get hot. (Silly to not give it 5 stars; probably, but after a long day, I like a hot shower). I didn't ask staff about it, we were fine. Also, & this is to be expected, my son said the couch bed was not comfortable. We ended up taking the mattress off & using it on the floor. He was fine with that. He's also 15 & moody, so take that for what it's worth. Our bed was firm and comfy. Breakfast: It was a good layout with a nice spread: Cereal, yogurts, fruits, sausage, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, and waffle maker. Pool: My husband and son got in the first night, they said it was cold. Hot tub was not working that evening. The second night of our stay, the pool was closed for the day. Fitness Room: My son used the eliptical and free weights. He tried to use the bowflex, it does not look like it is working well & for safety, I had him stay off of it. Staff/Check in: Check in was super easy, as I got a text to do so. The only time I spoke to staff was getting my key, he was super friendly. Hope this helps!!

Room rug looked beat-up.putty ie caulking was messily applied so it was in the areas around where it should be. There was a missi g clothes hook for the bathroom door so there was no place to hang wet towels.

I checked in for one day I came from far away when I arrived I was trying to check in it was only one worker stuck with someone for 15 minutes then I went to my room It Was Written online that the room has a hot tub it wasn't I went to the front desk he told me that he doesn't know anything about it we dont have rooms hot tub

The hotel is average. The location is close to Hersheypark which is very convenient when visiting the city. The room had a mold small and the pool had too much chlorine. My little one had a bad skin reaction to that with a chlorine rash starting few hours after swimming.
