Room wasn’t very clean. Fluids of some sort on bathroom wall. Toilet didnt consistently flush. Ac unit temp gauge didn’t work. Sink took forever to drain. Charging ports in room didn’t work. The bedding seemed clean though. It was fine for the night while we visited Hershey Park for the weekend, but it was very disappointing. I didn’t see the point in complaining to hotel staff as this is just the general state of the hotel. It wouldn’t have changed anything. I would not go back.

Choosing a business option gave us more room to move around. The shower stream was good as was the temperature of the water. I like that shampoo and conditioner are in a dispenser instead of the little plastic bottles. Better for the environment

HERSHEY PARK TRIP

I have stayed at this property multiple times over the past several years and never had a problem. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. One of the things I love about this property that you don't find at many others in this category is a comfortable sitting chair in your room to just relax and read or watch TV. The hot breakfast is always appreciated and it includes at a minimum hot eggs and waffles which is another thing many other hotels do not offer. It's also convenient to the highway (I-81) as well as an easy 15 minute drive to Hershey Park/Chocolate World and downtown Hershey, This hotel is my go to when I am visiting this area.

Decent accommodations in a very convenient location. Place is older but it's well maintained, clean and has had some updates. Staff was very friendly at the front desk. Price was good for basic accommodations. I'd stay there again.

We had 2 rooms. Several things were broken in one of the rooms. Those people got moved to another room finally. When we returned to the other room after our first day of visiting one bed was made and one was not. Toilet paper and coffee maker supplies were not replenished. Breakfast buffet was adequate. We stayed here last year and it was very good. Dissappointing this year

We saw some sort of bed bug reminents under the mattress. It was either eggs or bugs we are unsure. We changed rooms but we are unhappy that this situation occurred in the first place.

Smoked out.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was awesome. She was polite and funny. We did not go to the room as we had tickets to Hershey. When ee returned that night the hallway stunk of smoke... our room smelled of smoke and weed through the night. You could see light around all 4 sides of the door. The next morning we saw that the room across the hall was gutted from a fire. We opted to leave a night early and get another hotel. It stinks we were out thay money but worth it for our health and safety.
