Clean rooms and moderately friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of dining options around. -The rooms could use a fan that stays on to drown out the noise from neighboring rooms or more soundproof rooms. A fan that stays on throughout the night, rather than shutting off when it reaches a specific temperature, would also be beneficial for sleepers who prefer white noise. -The showers could use an upgrade. The water gets everywhere, and then you have to climb out of the tub. -The restaurant on the 5th floor looked really dirty, and the elevator leading to the Ridge Room restaurant was extremely shaky as it approached the top floor.

Room was moderately clean. Did have some pet hair from the previous people that stayed there. Overall cleanliness was 8.5/10. The staff was very friendly and made our stay feel like home. The amenities were great the outdoor patio area with the fireplaces and lounge chair area was very nice very clean! The room was great and the cleaning staff was very polite and professional and brought us towels and wash clothes and cleaned the trash cans out daily on our 4 night stay. I would rate our overall experience a 9.7/10. Our Mountain View room not to mention was excellent.
