Room had been renovated to a degree. New floor, bathroom outfitted, new paint at some point. Big television on the wall with watchable stations. Big soft bed. Room was clean, no shortage of hot water and everybody followed the rules of polite behavior during my stay. It was fine. The only thing I'd nitpick about is that Motel 6 franchises, as a rule, give you nothing; no mini fridge in the rooms, unusable soap, no coffee...that other places at this same price point would provide. But the ice machine worked great and I brought a cooler since I know what I'm not getting when I book a Motel 6.

There was dirty towels from previous guess and the bed is old and room is very old and door was not aligned could see daylight Place needs renovation really bad. But 72 dollars I guess

I would like to speak to someone about the horrible customer service by Jessica and experience at this hotel. I arrived late after pre-paying for a room. I explained I was traveling with dog and had been driving and was told the room had been cancelled. I asked to see the policy where if I pre-paid a room and showed up prior to checkout (7am) and wanted to sleep for a few hours that I was unable to access even though bad for- she pointed to the signs on the desk - which I read and neither said anything about this. The rep had a very condescending attitude, refused to show me the policy that allowed for cancellation after a certain time, refused drove provide me with manager number, and told me my reservation was for yesterday / bc it was for 2pm- 11am. I asked for a refund and she refused saying I had to check in by 2pm yesterday. Never provided me any policy regarding this. Everything she told me was inaccurate. The hallway in the office also smelled really bad like mildew. Horrible.

Door to room looked as if it had been kicked in a few times. A/C grill was duct taped to unit. Bathroom sink and shower in desperate need of replacing - stained and yellow. Bed was marginally comfortable. Outside grounds were in very bad shape.

There is a plaza near by with walking distance, very convenient for grocery shopping in the Aldi and others, great location! The front desk man was very nice and helpful. It’s just the room kind of too small for two people and the phone isn’t working properly, AC is a bit loud, Other than that, it fair for the price 👍
