I liked the hotel and property. It was very clean. Didn't like the bathroom faucet didn't work very well. The bathroom shower head was awful.

Lucia was incredible and a warm welcome to the hotel. She was incredibly friendly and helpful with questions. With kids, this set up was incredible. The kitchen area made it easy to feed little ones and manage bedtimes.

Front desk at check in was unfriendly though efficient. They should have also asked if I was willing to accept an "accesible" room which I generally find inconvenient and not set up well for people with bad backs. Food was mediocre especially compared to another hotel in the same category where I stayed on my last trip.

Hotel was nice (we’ve been before). We had a few issues this time. Our toilet wasn’t worked and it took about 7 hours or so for someone to come fix it. The fire alarms also went off and we all had to go outside in the freezing cold and snow. Not sure what the issues were.

Mediocre at best-mold & noise

Mold spots on bathroom ceiling and dirty behind main door. Tried calling front desk 4 different times on different days and no one ever answered. First night room across was very loud and yelling/arguing for over 2 hours and tried front desk 3 different times in the 2-hour window and no answer. Day of departure tried front desk to ask for late check out - just rang and rang. I expected more for the area and based on other reviews.
