The hallways reaked of pot smoke, TV system did not work, I was moved 3x, third room was cleaner, TV did not work, Bath fan was hanging, toilet unstable, discarded alcohol bottles in parking lot, overall, the property and rooms need renovation. The staff was very nice, but had no recourse for the TV issues, or other maintenance issues,, as no-one was available. Apparently Management was off site and did not address issues on site. Very disappointed.

Horrible visit. the room was falling apart from the holes in the bathroom wall to the patchwork done on the entire wall of the bedroom, not to mention it took 3 different rooms to get up to this level of a room, other rooms they gave me looked like the previous people just checked out. will never return and i urge others to RUN AWAY

Dirty, smelled like cigarettes, mismatched cushions, cat scratches all over couch, film all over mirrors, toilet paper holder ripped out of wall, light in bathroom flickered and buzzed like a horror movie, threw as a hole in the wall and a dirty sock on the floor. My kids and I left within 2 minutes and didn't touch anything. Still waiting for a refund. Not fit for small children!!!! Seemed like they had just kicked some homeless people out for the night to give us the room... so terrible. My kids were scared to death!

Front desk girl was very nice when I brought my issues to her and did her best to help. The following were our issues: Tv didn’t work & missing remote Burn holes in blankets on the bed One lamp was broken One lamp was crooked Lamp shades were all stained All drawers were moldy and stained on the inside Phone didn’t work even to call front desk Toilet and shower enamel all chipped and looked dirty Burger King left over food left in room fridge Hallway rugs all stained Door to room on inside was all dirty with what appeared to be something splashed all over it Sink in room constantly dripped Tissue holder on the wall all rusted fan in bathroom hanging down on one side The hotel was completely booked up and every hotel in the area was the same due to graduation weekend. We had no choice but to stay. They did bring in another tv for us. My daughter (12 yrs old) and I were very uncomfortable but spent the night. We chose not to shower and to leave immediately in the morning. I was told they were in the process of starting renovations but never offered any remedy for all the other issues with our room. Very disappointed overall.

As soon as you walked into the hotel there was a strong smell of marijuana. The hotel is old and not maintained. My husband uses a cane and cannot use stairs. There was no elevator so the man at the front desk gave us a room on the first floor. When we got to the room the keys didn’t work so I had to go back to the desk to get new keys. When we finally opened the door and walked into the room it was dirty. The beds looked like they had been slept in and the sheets were dirty. The floor was dirty and the bathroom was the same. No phone in the room to call the front desk. Needless to say we did not stay and left. This hotel is a dump! Find another hotel if you need to stay in this area.

Outdated furniture in the room. very loud music playing late at night as walls are very thin you can hear a full conversation from next door like is in your room. no phone in the room to call front desk,or clock for alarm. No elevator. I put a do not disturb sign on the door, house keeping still walk into the room regardless of anyone in the room. I found that very disturbing as I didn’t want any service in my room. Carpet in the room had stains. Very convenient but I will not stay there again.

No internet connection whole stay lost hours of work spent more time at dunking donuts to get some edits done staff assured I would receive maintenance I didn’t bought a bowl plus cups for sweet as none were provided
