I requested a non smoking room; when I got to the room it had a non smoking sign on the door, but it smelled like an ash tray. I will say that the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room smelled like a pesticides was used right before the room was enetered. It smelled like that my entire stay. It could use an upgrade for sure. Like paint and new bedding. The mattress was super comfortable.

Dot is a Gem.

Dot, the front desk clerk, is absolutely wonderful. Super friendly and helps in any way she can. They have updated some things (ie. windows, showers), but there were several water stains on the ceiling and peeling paint in the bathroom area. Also, there was an overwhelming smell of recreational "stuff". Overall, we thought it was a nice stay and would stay again.

When we first approached the room all the locks were not screwed in so I told my husband to close the door since i had the key to see if someone can enter the room without a key he closed the door and kicked the door……….. and it flew wide open. they would not switch is to a different room or give us a refund. The room smell like a wet a*s dog. mold all in the shower the lamps and other light fixtures was barely working i would not recommend 0/10

Couldnt sleep because of noise and music. Went to office and complained 3 times. Several other people complained. Lady at desk made several visits to the room. Finally was convinced to turn down music but it was after midnight. Room
