If you love smoke in your hair this is the place

One of the worst stays I have had in any hotel. I requested a non-smoking room and they said they couldn't do it. I should have walked out right then, but I didn't want the hassle. Obviously room smelled terrible, but beyond that the bed has even worse. No Redeeming qualities.

This place should be shut down

I asked for a non-smoking room. They put me in a smoking room, and would not change me to a non-smoking room. There were plenty of non-smoking rooms available, but because I booked with hotel.com, they said I had to live with it. I'm asthmatic and had to use an inhaler all night. They thought it was funny.

Great room rate

The room was very clean and the bathroom was updated. Great shower. The room was very dark with dim lighting and had an old smell that improved with air conditioning turned down and room spray.

Very disappointing.

The room was dark and the air was stale and musty. The carpet felt dirty and I wanted to keep my shoes on. The continental breakfast was a joke. If that’s the best you can do, you should just discontinue it.

Rooms are in a real need of being updated. Paint, carpet, furniture would do this place a world of good. I felt safe for the most part but it is a well used property and meeds help.
