Clean, comfortable, affordable.

Clean and comfortable lodging for one night. Breakfast was coffee, juice, bagels, cereal. Breakfast area was very small with limited seating. Everything seemed about right at this price point.

We sent a note that our flight had been delayed and we would be arriving a day later. No response. The musty and smoke smell is very strong. Walls and ceilings are very thin so you could hear everyone's sneezing, coughing and conversation. We requested late checkout. Didn get a response so we left at the standard checkout time of 11. At 12 they accepted our request and charged us 20 bucks.

This place was so dirty and nasty only stayed one night and left the next morning early the carpets were gross the lamps were nasty stained gross the beds were meaty it smelled horrible of cigarettes and alcohol in the always the rooms look absolutely nothing like the photo they are stained dirty carpets in the rooms. The bathroom was decently cleaned

There was no one at the front desk, you had to dial a phone to talk to the manager. The ice machine was broken. The non smoking rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, but there was a sign saying they were going to charge a fee if I smoked in my room, ha. How would they know. There a people LIVING in this hotel! I saw a drug deal out of my window. The comforter had a blood stain on it and what was left of someone's sexcapade. The floor in the bathroom was so dirty that when I picked the bath mat up from taking a shower, it was brown on the bottom. It's a shame that this is the only franchise hotel in Havre De Grace. That's the only thing that's keeping it going. The price was good. But there is no management for the customers. It's close to a few restaurants and a supermarket, but not close enough to town to walk. The police were there when we were leaving. This is a disgrace for this town.

The room service was disappointing. When we checked in, our linens weren’t changed, and there were stains on the pillows and comforters. I placed the sheet and pillowcase on the ground for room service to change out, but instead of replacing it, they just put it on the shelf. The towels were also dirty and had other people’s hair on them. Fortunately, I bring my own bed sheet, linens, and towels. The room smelled like wet clothes that had been sitting for a while. The bed was extremely hard, suffered back discomfort the whole trip.
