Booked this three days in advance we came in about 7:50. Pm, “long day on the road” 10 minutes before we arriveThey called us said that Expedia had overbooked eight different people now we’re gonna have to look for new hotel. We had to go somewhere else 100 miles away to find another hotel, sad that they overbooked and can’t get a simple task of filling rooms right.

The front desk woman was very friendly, and eager to do her job. There was a couple things wrong in the room, the toilet flusher kept breaking, and the main light in the room didnt work.

Acceptable... barely.

Marginal breakfast. No protein other than eggs. No decaf coffee. The room was fairly comfortable and acceptably clean. The hall carpets were dirty and had frayed spots. Definitely a "bargain basement" stay. If you stepped up your game and gave people more then they expect, you might have repeat customers. Not this one.

They returned stuff I left in the when I came back hours later to retrieve the forgotten things. Believe or not, i have had stuff disappear/not returned when I was certain I left it in the room. This should be a given, right? Not always the case. I will leave it at that.

Liked nothing. Hated the smell of food in the hallway. Room was dirty. Didn't feel comfortable about the cleanliness of the bed. Hair in there. Wore long sleeves and hat to touch as little as possible while I slept. Never again.
