If you stay here I definitely recommend getting one of the balcony rooms. The view is great and since it faces a little park area it very peaceful when sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning.

If you don’t mind cleaning poop stains, off of the toilet seat. Then it is a great place to stay. NOT! The place was horrible!! The floor had not been vacuumed. The place is old, and in need of repairs. For the money, there are better place to stay. I am so happy, that we have a habit, of traveling with Lysol.

Property and staff okay. Could use a renovation, but the problem seems to be the clientele that for some reason have to damage the rooms. Could use better breakfast, sharing a milk container didn't seem safe. Overall, I would recommend them as they have a good price point for the overly expensive Helen area.
