They hotel was ok, the first room we got the jacuzzi, didn’t work and there was no one home in the room to call front desk. They did change us to a new room. Everything ok good. This hotel is old and needs to be updated badly. Holes in the walls ceiling, the stucco was falling off, the toilet was in bad shape. Some kind things didn’t work.

Needs updates!

This property was in an area we wanted to stay but it is in need of serious updates. It was okay for a 1 night stay. Carpets in rooms need to be deep cleaned or ripped up. This was evident when you stepped in the shower and noted how dirty your feet were. The towel bar in our room was missing, the toilet tissue holder was missing. Some the outlets or plugs did not work.

The first room was a disaster. Door was way out of line with a big gape where the hinge was. And had bed bugs with cracks in the batroom walls. And the tv remote didn't work unless you stood at the back of the tv.

It was just ok

The mirror by the jacuzzi tub was dirty, the jacuzzi tub jet weren’t working and it was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom and the toilet was either stained or dirty.The balcony was old and chipping, couldn’t walk out there barefoot. It was in need of update.

When we went in to our booked room, the sheets were damp, there was dirt under the sheets andthere was hair on sheets. Also the couch was stained and had some weird white residue on it. We brought it to the desk and they gave us another room. This room was cleaner except for the carpet which discolored your feet when you walked on it barefoot and the bathroom was dirty.

Do not stay here.

The lobby smelled bad. The first room that I was given smelled horribly of dirty feet. I am a heavy smoker, and it stunk so bad. Replacement room did not stink. The bed was so soft it gave me back trouble for 2 days. The pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. The room was very bare bones. The picnic area had not been cleaned up or tended to probably since the fall of 2024. Trashy, dirty, tables needed a serious washing. I did not try to Continental breakfast. My wife looked at it and said, it looked dismal. While this is one of the least expensive hotels in Helen Georgia, I would not stay here again. I would spend more money and get a much nicer room. I wish I could get a refund. It was terrible.

Another one in the BOOK

Been staying here for several years for a car event. Best part is sitting on the balcony watching all the cars go by. Short Walking to distance to ALL the Restaurant's Helen has to offer. Only wished they had made some upgrades to the rooms over the years. Still will come back for the convenience of the location, and easy access Handicap rooms.

Inside room,and outside.

Room had awful smell, went and bought air freshener, carpet was dirty,found a pacifier, trash, blankets were top blankets were dingy, bathtub had hair under the mat, had to as for toilet tissue, only 1 roll for the whole weekend and it was what was left from previous customers. Continental breakfast was the only good part. Tv had no picture, sound was on, maintenance did fix it

The pool is so dirty, and the breakfast is poor, not what is shown on the website. The room has odors, and we went to the store nearby to get fabric and disinfectant to clean the room before we can do anything. The building looks good from the outside, but the inside is not for us.

The first room they put us in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The second room they put us in. The shower curtain hadn't been washed in a while. It was pink on the bottom. There was food and paper, and Kleenex under the bed. No cups at all in the Coffee pot with no cup the carpet was sticky And the pool looks like it hasn't been touched in two years liner falling in dirty For Wyndham to have their name associated with this motel was very unsettling The only good thing I can say is I saw no bugs.

I asked for and was promised a ground floor room they would not give me one. the manager lied to me about that. the cleaning was not up to the standard they used before Expedia does not like bad reviews. oh well

Room was filthy. Mold in bath. Coffee maker wasn't clean, no coffee cups and the counters didnt look wiped down. Luckily it was only one night. Will never stay in a Baymont hotel again.
