The front desk staff were very nice but this hotel was horrible! The first room we went into had dirty socks and trash on the floor, the tv was missing and it was obvious the room was not cleaned. We got a second room and it smelled like mildew, there was black on the walls, the closet door was broken off, the bathtub was dirty and definitely needed a fixing. Then we found dead cockroaches all around the fridge. Again the front desk was friendly and kind and did not give me any hard time refunding my money for the two rooms we were planning on using that evening

Unfortunately the room had dirty carpet and a hole by the bathroom. The paint and plaster was peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable though.

Upon arrival to the room to take a shower there was mold and no shower head. After speaking with the staff Tesu. She showed lack of concern about the condition of the room 204. When asked to relocate. She gave us 221 which also had mold and the ceramic flooring was cracked. I asked to speak with a manager and was informed he would not be in until Monday. She requested that I move to another hotel. There was also a roach seen prior to leaving. The room also smelled of stuffy smoke.

This was a one night stay for me. Riding my motorcycle home from Florida to New Jersey, ran into some weather and decided to stop was very pleasantly. Surprised The room was spotless and very modernized, and the staff was great.

The first room we were in was terrible. Huge hole in wall near air conditioner that looked rat infested. The stench would knock you down as you walked thru the door. We were only going to sleep there so we tried to lay down IN OUR CLOTHES cause we didn’t wanna take anything off. When we laid down my foot raked over something weird and it looked like piles of dead skin rolled up or rat feces in the sheets. Horrible. Curtains falling down. It was midewy and moldy all over the room.
