According to the ADA, our HOA has the right to ban all animals. even registered service dogs because we are a private community with no walk up hotel like accommodations.. There are 32 to 50 inch flat screens in every room with DVD players. There's a Playstation II with games, an X-Box 360 with games, a large selection of family movies, and free wireless internet. The condo is stocked with puzzles and games for hours of family enjoyment. This villa is ideal for both families and older couples. The closest beach is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride.. A short walk away is Celebration Park and Coligny Plaza, which features fine and casual dining, shopping, and entertainment. Across the street from Coligny Plaza is public Coligny Beach, featuring water jet fountains, where children can play for hours. There are bathroom facilities, changing areas, and ample parking. South Forest Beach is family friendly, well maintained, and has lifeguards during the summer. The entire island is connected with safe, off the road bike trails and beautiful scenery, and there are dozens of bike rental facilities nearby. There are also dozens of public golf courses anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes from the S Forest Beach area.
