Modern and well designed, plenty of skylights to let the light in, floorheating and a bathtub after being on my feet all day and getting rained on. Parking bay next to the appartement. Walking distance to the best bakeries in town, to the markets and the pier. Professional communication. Would have loved to stay longer.

Very comfortable stay and attentive staff

We had a very comfortable stay. The apartments are dotted around a wide area from Sullivan's Cove and ours was a studio apartment in a refurbished Victorian cottage in Kelly Street, about half a mile from the actual harbour. It did come with a free parking space, which was essential. There were some upmarket design features which were more 'nice look' than practical - including that with no sink but just a hot and cold Billi tap all plates etc needed to be washed by putting the dishwasher on! Not very eco friendly in what is otherwise a pretty woke city. But overall, a very pleasant stay and the folks at the accommodation office were very good and attentive.

The unit is okay. However, the staff were late letting us check in. We had to wait and then the cleaner was still in the unit cleaning and hour after check in time. As we were entering the unit with our bags the floor was still being mopped. Disappointing considering the price of Christmas accomodation and we provided an arrival time.

We stayed in one of the penthouses and I was very pleasantly surprised how lovely the property was, while being good value for money compared to the usual/chain/shoebox sized accom options. It was so spacious with great views and very easy to live in. Everything we needed was supplied. Very happy with our choice.

Perfect location

Very good location; take Kelly's steps and you're in Salamanca. The apartment is in a very good conditions and everything was super clean. The kids had fun in the backyard. Only downside is the carpark. Just be very careful while parking as it's very narrow and the car can barely fit (we had an 8 seater), Should be much easier if you have a smaller car.

Nice property. We had 2 couples sharing and it worked really well. A nice walk along the water to Salamanca markets and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay. $10 a day for guaranteed secure parking was also great.
