"Vaikka tammikuussa jo maksoimme ja toivoimme kolmea lähekkäin olevaa huonetta, kaikki oli eri kerroksissa, kun tulimme toukokuussa tänne. Kahteen toiveviestiin huoneiden sijoituksesta ei vastattu mitään ja saapuessamme sanottiin, ettei juuri tällä hetkellä ole vierekkäisiä huoneita, eikä samassa kerroksessakaan.
Yhden huoneen suihkun ovi oli pois paikoiltaan irrallaan kylpyhuoneen kulmassa. Hygieniatuotteita ei ollut huoneissa kuin käsisaippua. Hämäsi hotellihuoneen kuvat, joissa näkyy minituotteita kylpyhuoneessa, joten emme varanneet shampoota ja hoitoainetta omiin matkatavaroihimme. "
