It was nice, the pool was nice, breakfast was decent, the only thing I didn’t like was not having a tub in the bathroom after I was told I would have one. It would have been easier to wash my little ones but other than that we had a nice stay.

My stay here was good. When booking via web the photos displayed on the room I booked were incorrect so the room I thought I was getting wasn’t accurate. But nevertheless the room I got still accommodated me and my kids. My only downside of my visits was my second day our room toilet stopped up and I notified the front desk at 7am when I went down for breakfast and was told they’d send someone up. Despite me notifying them at 7 I had to call back 3 other times as well go down at 4 pm to get help due to no one ever coming to resolve the issue. After I received the assistance need at 4 my stay was smoother.

July 2025 Sugar Land Hampton stay

Room was not consistently refreshed. I had to request and walk down to the front desk three times over a seven day stay for clean towels. Bed not made and trash not removed on those three days. Breakfast was of so-so quality but plentiful. AC in the room did not consistently cool at night (thermostat pre-programmed I believe). Temp was set at 73 degrees but I'd wake up at night to 75 and once 76. I will say the front desk staff were pleasant and when I asked for a printed receipt (printer was out of service) sent me an email with the expense details. The bed was comfortable and the location convenient for shopping.

Terrible experience, tissue boxes (Kleenex) was not available after it ran out and same as toilet paper. 4 guests in the room and only provided with 2 towels, and requested multiple times and even then it was not provided. Bathroom had no ventilation and sewage drain in bathroom had constant foul smell.

Good stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a quick getaway and had a generally good experience. The room was cozy and well-kept, with a fresh, orderly feel that made it easy to relax. Everything—from the bedding to the bathroom—was spotless, which I really appreciated. The location was convenient and straightforward to reach, even after a long drive. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were pleasant and helpful without being intrusive. The only downside was that the room became noticeably warm during the night, almost as if the air conditioning had turned off on its own. I didn’t fully wake up to check, but by morning, it felt stuffy and warmer than expected. Aside from that, I’d consider staying here again—especially if the AC issue gets resolved.

Sofa bed in room 301 is broken and room 500 is full of smoke. I would respectfully request my money to be returned. There were no blankets or bedsheets for room 301. We had to go down to collect it and there was no support staff to help replace the broken bed.

This hotel is very nice. Brooke at the front desk was very helpful. Enjoyed the stay. Room was awesome and the bed was comfortable. If I’m ever in the area again I will stay here for sure.
