The toilet was clogged, there was much painters tape, the AC wasn’t working properly, the floor wasn’t vacuumed, and the front staff wasn’t welcoming. The cleaning staff was very helpful and was very attentive to our issues.

TV in room didn't work, attendant never showed. We looked behind and stuff was taped which had come loose we taped back after an hour wait. Left my pink apple watch in room, called and was told staff didn't locate it. Not true, it WAS LEFT. My fault, however will never go back to folk who lie. God bless the thief for finders keepers. They could have returned.

“The property is excellent—very clean, with comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom. However, during our stay, there was some loud noise and disturbances from neighboring guests at night, which made us feel a bit uneasy, especially with our family and small children. While this is not the hotel’s fault, it’s something to be aware of. Overall, the property itself is well-maintained and provides a great stay.”

Not a Comfortable Stay

The staff were great. The pillows were horrible. They kept flatting down making sleep difficult. The AC unit kept making whistling noise. I kept hearing clicking noise waking me up from my sleep from upstairs. The door extra safety lock didn't work. The screws were loose and it didn't stop the door from opening.

This is my 4th time in 1 year staying here. Highly recommend. Very safe, lighting all around the parking, around multiple restaurants and a shopping center. The staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are very clean and even smell fresh.
