Elevator broken. Climbed three flights of stairs to discover my key didn't work. Every day of a four night stay. Breakfast was cheerios and barely any milk. Air conditioner doesn't work. It was hotter in my room than 90 degree outside temp.

Room smelled musty. Hair on shower wall. Freezer loaded with built up ice. Dudnt freeze icepacks. Just the dirtyness in general. We were shocked! Wont be staying here on our return flight. Didnt see the lobby. Had to check in at night window at 3 pm.

The room was dirty the staff was rude and whe I asked to change my room they refused. There was vomit on the bed hair and unknown stains. The staff told me it was not their problem and temhet would do nothing about it. The worst experience I have ever had.

Filthy and stinky. Worst dive I’ve ever seen.

This place was so filthy and stinky. It should be shut down by the health department. I didn’t even dare use the toilet. I canceled my second night and walked to another hotel.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! Room had roaches, ceiling in bathroom looked like it was about to fall, stains on sheets and blankets, bad whole in wall patching. Only 2 very thin pillows per bed. When asked for more towels after our second night, the guy at the counter only gave me 1 floor towel and said that’s all he had, sorry. He didn’t understand any English to even comprehend what I was asking.

There were roaches and other bugs in the room, cracked tiles in the bathroom, the sheets had stains on them, and the pillows were flat and discolored. The AC was loud and cover in dust and dirt. My son and I started coughing immediately after getting in the room, There was only 3 old cereal options, one type of 4 packaged muffins, 3 old apples, and limited coffee to choose from for breakfast. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The man and the woman were both rude.
