I will never book another stay at this hotel. Management is horrible, customer service is downright bad & the rooms are poorly kept. Save your money & go elsewhere. If I could give it 0 stars,I would. DON’T STAY HERE YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

Hyatt House way below par

The hotel claimed to be going under remodel. The room had been painted by a 2 yr old, the window was over sprayed with pain and the window shades were sticking to the window. The AC unit stunk like humidity and its thermostat sensor was not working. The shower/tub shower was below 3rd world class (over sprayed paint in the tub, shower head had no movement since it had been poorly repaired), the tile floor corners were dirty. The carpet across the hotel, hallways and room was just nasty- dirty and smelly. The lighting in the room was awful (eco friendly is one thing, but when you have to keep all the lights on to see that is ridiculous). Finally, the noise, although there was a 9:30PM courtesy quiet down time, no one enforced rowdy guest when ask to confront the situation. I have been a fan of Hyatt house hotels in my past travels, this time this one earned a -1 in my book.

Staff members are rarely at the desk and need a lesson on hospitality. TV didn’t work for 2 nights of our trip, tried calling the front desk multiple times with no answer and upon passing through the lobby no one was at the desk to speak to about it either. Once we finally got ahold of the front desk after returning one evening we were told she’d leave a note for tomorrow. Understandable that maintenance wasn’t available at that hour but she could have at least offered to look at it. Perhaps we just needed a new remote? Instead, upon trying to explain that we’d tried to contact them during day hours the lady rudely hung up on me. Our last night I called for a blanket and was told she couldn’t leave the desk. Went to the front desk and guess what, yet again NO ONE was there. Thought they couldn’t leave the desk? When she came back inside couldn’t even tell she worked there considering she was wearing sweat pants and a hoodie. On top of that, the breakfast is terrible. Gave my husband an upset stomach. I’ll say the room was clean, but layout was odd. For a Hyatt I expected much more! Only perk was being close to the airport. Had the service been better, we would have been happy.

Really noisy place. Plumbing is bad. When next room flushes, my toilet makes noice. Next room takes shower, my shower makes noice like a concert!!! Shower is dirty. Lots of stains. Room service is terrible. They don’t make beds, if you don’t request they don’t comes to the room. Coffe machine is one of a kind ( terrible way ) Worst stay ever.

When I️ arrived To the hotel around 2pm was told I️ couldnt Check into the room until 3pm which is fine no problem.! So when I️ finally did check into my room around 7 or 8pm after exploring the city our room looked nice I️ thought Wow nice room update. Hotel was going through rooms renovating. Soon as I️ got Ready to unpack I️ seen a roach crawling out from the desk. So my husband killed it, I️ took A picture and showed the front desk. He apologized and told me he can give me a different room tonight. It’s late I’m traveling with small kids I️ agree But I️ also asked for a refund because now I’m completely uncomfortable it’s to late to start calling around to other hotels to see if they have anything available for a family of 4, so our room is moved to a higher room on the 5th floor, it’s noisy, the room is outdated bathroom looks nasty, there is no space to move around in the bathroom at all. So I️ was Told come to the front desk 10am Saturday morning to resolve the issue, they can issue a refund. I️ come To the front desk as told and their was nobody to help, I️ was Told I’ll have to wait until Monday to talk to hotel manager. I️ check Out 3am Sunday morning. I️ left My information with the front desk to get a manager to call me back and still nothing, I️ called The hotel a few times and was told manager wasn’t available. This was not the best or ideal hotel anyone should stay at. If you see 1 roach on the property trust me there are more.
