If you are staying here because you think it’s “convenient” to ULH Event hall versus the Marriott.. DON’T! The manager was told at the beginning of the weekend that several of us were at that hotel for a wedding at ULH Event Hall next door. We asked that he keep the gate access to the hall open for us. He did not - and we couldn’t walk to the event hall plus we had to drive all the way around PAST the Marriott to get the event hall which was just next door!! Come on! Listen to your guests and make it easier on us to get to the venue right next door to your property!

First and last time staying at the Hyatt. Was terribly disappointed with the overall hotel and service. Some of the staff members were very unprofessional and rude. Some took no pride in their jobs. Rooms were smelly, moldy and dirty. The bedding was deplorable. The sheets were dirty and stained I had to remove the them from the bed and asked for a replacement, only to be more shocked by the under layers.

The bed is too low , heading of bed lower than the foot of the bed. Doors are old, no smart tv, Hasn’t been updated since 1970. Why does Expedia have it listed as a 4 star. Deception, it’s a 1 star. I will never ever book it again.

This property needs a complete remodel. The bathroom is old and needs new appliances. The beds need new mattresses. The night staff is rude when we checked in. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Check in was easy and quick. Breakfast is pretty simple and doesn’t change. Pool had bugs floating in it. Rude housekeeping lady didn’t wanna give us a roll of toilet paper when we asked. We checked in with only 1 1/2 rolls and there was 3 of us in the room for 6 days. That toilet paper wasn’t gonna last.
