Great place. Room was large and clean. Had kitchenette with NOTHING in the cabinets or drawers. I guess if you want to prepare or heat any food you have to request dishes and silverware, etc. The room was missing the tv remote so we requested one and some extra hangers and a robe. It never came. We requested to use the shuttle and the driver was on break so the front desk was supposed to text me when he returned. Never did. So other than bad customer service the stay was good. The bar restaurant service was very good. The food was basic and just ok. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. Prices were good on food and drinks.

The hotel is lovely looking. There's spa water and cookies available at the entrance, and front lobby looked very pretty with holiday decorations in December. Area around the hotel is sketchy with homeless people and suspicious characters walking around. You must pay top dollar for valet since there's no parking at the hotel; however, the gentleman at the valet was very nice and friendly so that softened the blow a bit. Considering the hotel was expensive and nice inside, there needs to be quality control, especially in the elevators. There was a huge spill of ice cream or something in one of the elevators that was there until we let people know about it, and the number 6 was upside down to look like a 9 in one of the elevators. How does nobody in management see this? I wouldn't stay here again.
