Bathroom door hinges were coming apart; cockroach showed up in bathroom; only 1 small mirror and that only in bathroom; paint peeling off; staff though attentive, not interested in solving issues; temperature are close to freezing outside but had to shower in luke warm water. How much more can I say?

The mattress was terrible and the room stale and outdated. Warning bring a plug cause there's no usb port. Oh and complimentary breakfast was rude! The breakfast was bland and tasteless. The waffle station awful it needed an over haul the batter was sour, one bite and I threw it away. I ended up with a yogurt and not eating none of the food on my plate.
