Very clean and attentive. Breakfast was good and the lady who took care of the dining area during breakfast was amazing. She never stopped cleaning and stocking. The pool was small but nice. Very comfortable.

Previously stayed and had a great experience. This stay, we had a rough check-in. Upon arrival, I was told we had already been checked in and out so she would need to rebook our room. I explained that the card for payment was 900 miles away because the room was already paid for. She finally fixed it and I was given my room keys. I go to my room and open the door to find it already occupied. The rest of the trip was great. All the staff we interacted with were super helpful and friendly. Accommodations were good.

Seems very new. Rooms are good size, very clean, walk in shower. Nice patio with gas grills and tables/chairs. Close to a few restaurants for quick meals. Courteous efficient staff.

My spouse and I stayed at the Huntington Fairfield Inn & Suites the weekend of May 3. We were greeted in a courteous manner by desk staff, and check-in was super quick. We took an elevator (one of two) up to our room. Our room was clean and comfortable, with everything working as it should. The breakfast offerings were pretty good, ranging from cereals, muffins and bananas to waffles, sausage patties, and eggs. It was a quiet area. Huge plus that it’s so close to I64. I appreciate good bathroom lighting (for makeup and such)…although the lighting was fine for general use, too diffused for applying makeup, in my opinion. But I’d brought my own magnifying mirror anyhow, so just moved to a better lit area. We visit family in the Huntington/Proctorville area a few times per year, and have tried various hotels around the area. THIS ONE we’ll use again for sure.

New, but needs to get some kinks worked out.

It is a new building and has a very nice balcony to look over a natural setting, Comfy beds.I wish i had and extra blanket because my kids had the A/C up. . But I was dissapointed because the bathroom doorframe in our room was damaged and it had screws to try to repair it. But the door would get stuck halfway open and either the door had to scrape the floor to open it all the way, and I had to force it shut and it slammed shut!, or i only could open door part of the way and I was afraid I would run into it in the night. I called the desk around 9-10 pm to ask for pillows that were feather free, She said each bed had one pillow that was not a feather pillow. She did not offer an extra pillow. I woke up with puffy eyes from my allergies. We only had one feather-free pillow and i gave it to my daughter. It was unfortunate the fire alarm went off at 2 am and we had to evacuate until the firemen came. I do not know why the alarm went off, I was not given a reason but it did not seem to be a fire. I did not see the desk clerk as we checked out to report the door was a safety hazard in room 200. We left our key in the basket. Because of the interrupted sleep, i arrive at breakfast as it was being cleared away, but the lady was kind to give me napkins and utensils and I took what was available.
