This is usually where I stay when I come into town. It's a little older, and it's the motel U-style layout. I like that I see a lot of the same people when I visit, and they're lovely people. Breakfast is a pretty small selection, but there's usually bacon or sausage and... custom order omelettes!

The staff were all very friendly and kind in all interactions. The first appearance seems to be an older hotel that has been renovated, but still appears a little on the run down side. However, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and we slept very well. The breakfast the next morning was very nice with a fresh omelet bar staffed by a very efficient and friendly cook. The other foods available were also good and the fresh muffins were much better than typically found at similar venues. With the hotel located right next to the river walk, a nice walk on a beautiful fall morning was just what we needed to start the day. We didn't check out the pool or exercise facilities. We were only there overnight, but I would definitely consider returning, especially for the breakfast!

The front staff was very friendly, they had freshly baked cookies at the front desk. The breakfast has freshly baked banana bread and a staff member that cooked eggs to your order. These few things I've mentioned gave this property a small hometown type of feeling. However I found the king bed we slept in to be on the very firm side I would have liked something a little softer.

I’ll start with the good. We upgraded our room to have a view, the view was great! The hot tub is huge and amazing! The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The bad…the pool was outdoors and not heated which doesn’t make sense for Idaho falls since it’s cold 8 months out of the year. There was no turn down service unless you ask. I was there with my mom and my grandparents. We took this trip because my grandparents are in their 90’s and they grew up there and wanted to visit one more time before they pass. We asked for an ADA room for them and wanted them to have a view of the river and the temple they were married in. They put them in a room with a view, however we had to change their room because they didn’t have an elevator and at 90 years old they can’t walk up stairs like that. So they were put in a smaller room with a view of the parking lot. Really sad about that. The shower was also glass which was scary because my grandpa falls allot and that was dangerous. The rooms online look much different than any other rooms besides the premium upgraded rooms. The pictures were also deceiving because it doesn’t look like the rooms are motel style, with the entry on the outside of the building. After this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else next time.

This is a gem. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is amazing. You can’t beat the view of the falls. We stay here twice a year and look forward to it. It is very affordable. Highly recommend

Staff was not friendly at all. Room didn't get cleaned one day we were there and the front desk could have cared less, no towels! We had friends staying there and they gave us a couple of their towels. We will never book with them again and we even left a day early..non refundable. We love BW's but not this one.

The staff were all very kind and helpful so checking in and out were easy. My room was very clean and easy to access. Only complaint was the parking is very tight so if you've got a bigger vehicle, just be aware.

Wild horse loop starts in Rock Springs and ends right across the street from this hotel. We saw pronghorns and wild horses. Room was clean, comfortable beds, and decent breakfast.

This place was excellent in every respect. Check in and out was fast with no problems. The hotel itself is super nice and clean. View is great and plenty of places to eat within 5 mins.
