when i got to my room it was very cold so i turned on and i went to dinner after i got back room was still pretty cold so i went to check on and did it again manually but never worked. at 2 am room was extremely cold so i call front desk and they changed us to a new room. after packing everything uo and moved other room was ok heat worked but thermostat was not working properly i had to get up and turn heat off 3 times because thermostat wouldn’t work. on tap of all of that towels are very old they didn't even give an apology or anything

Our room had various stains on the walls, carpet, curtains, and ceiling. Unfortunately most didn't look like common ware and tear. Most were large, and red or white. They didn't have the room we booked available but were kind enough to give us a similar one at the same price.

The cable was out… and we had to change hotels… my husband missed the Monday night football game, he was not happy driving all day so he could see that game, and some one hit a pole and there went the TV ! No TV the next morning either and we just moved to another hotel that afternoon!!

First, let me start off by saying Keisha was absolutely wonderful. The person after that was horrible. Long story short I ended up not even using my room. I ended up sleeping on the couch in the lobby and I had trouble and was stuck on the side of the road for a couple hours and I didn’t get in till 5:30 in the morning, and I was told by the person after Keisha that I had to check out by checkout would not work with me at all. I travel about three times a month and the only reason why I picked you was because of your pet friendly, but I will show you. I will pay more to stay somewhere else for from now on.

Nice hotel with a good comfy room and free breakfast with coffee/tea available in the morning. First time staying here and I thought it was good and would stay here again. I was put in a room next to another guest who had a dog prone to barking, so I have to dock a star for that.

EV charger was the reason I booked this hotel. It was advertised and I even called to confirm. Once I arrived reception didn’t know anything about it and after calling management I was told it was out of order. Wasted my time and had to go find a charger 15 minutes away. Breakfast was not good and housekeeping tried to come in multiple times before checkout while I was showering.
