You get what you pay for. Nice and inexpensive location close to Irvine Spectrum, it met our needs. It’s not luxury and obviously mostly populated by long term tenants, but our room was comfy and check in and employees were pleasant.

The staff was ok. It’s the rooms that are beyond gross. Smelled like smoke (non-smoking room), gross dirty towels, everything is just kinda gross. I think I also have bed bug bites on my legs. Only stay here if you have no other choice.
