This place has a great location and it has great grounds. Keep in mind this is a hostel. So while I would say at least half the Travelers or adult it can be quite loud.
What can I say? We've never stayed at a place like this. Jackson Hole, being the playground of the rich, we had to find a place we could afford. This was it. But I genuinely felt like the Clampetts go to Karenville, and this place made that hit home. It felt as if the guests at the nearby ritzy hotels were looking down their noses at those of us who had to stay in the old rattletrap building. It's like it's a case study in barely getting by. Granted, we don't do hostels. But this was really interesting. Beds were less than soft. Bathroom tiny but usable. Sink outside the bathroom was nice. No TV in room. Game room was a hit though. If you're used to actual hotels, this will be a very different experience for you. Not bad per se, just different. We discovered Jackson Hole is not for us. And maybe that's for the best.
Close to Teton, had everything I needed for a 2 night stay. Yes it's a little more than I hoped to spend but seems to be the going rate for the area. Clean and relatively quiet.
Of note, laundry machines are cash only which meant I did my laundry in the sink.

Disliked: Amenities
cute place, but really lacking in basic amenities for the $340 price tag - advertised as having a washer, but no laundry soap, no soap for shower and no bathmat or rug, water leaking from shower all over the floor to name a few annoying things :(
Friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable although the air was a bit stale. Great location for hiking around Grand Tetons NP. Great recommendations for eating at the restaurant behind the hostel.

Very pricey, no tv, no refrigerator, no microwave, toiletries only available at the front desk, hard bed. Food in the area is outrageously high. Was the cheapest in the area but definitely not worth the price.
I had stayed here as a child and was visiting the area again with my own family. It was nice to have a more affordable option in Teton Village compared to the other hotels. Our room was very clean and updated. The boys loved all the activities and games "free with stay" in the basement area and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance or a short drive.
Our only complaint, if you would call it that, is that the toilet in our room didn't like to flush all the way on the first try.
Great location 20 min from Jackson and 15 min to Jenny Lake Entrance to Teton. Room is small and dark qith no TV, but wifi was good. Free parking in the summer. Fridge downstairs for food storage. A good home base for Teton adventures!

A place for a quick short stay. Nothing fancy but really affordable. Staff is excellent I must say.
We would definitely stay here again. The scenery is beautiful. A hostel is obviously a no- frills place, but it was fun meeting new people and we felt very safe.
It’s been a long time since I stayed in a hostel but we wanted to stay in/near Jackson and still let our kids got to college. This place is simple, clean, perfect for families or solo travelers. Perfect location in a ski area just above Jackson. Staff was friendly and informative and the common areas are clean and hearken back to the 1970s in the best way.
