Staff were friendly. Unfortunately had to wait on hold for quite awhile to request a shuttle, 1am after a long day of flying was frustrating. Payment system wasn’t working at check in so that was more frustration and took half a hour, when all we wanted was to get to sleep. Room we had booked wasn’t available so we received a king with a pullout, my son is a tall kid and was hanging off it. No sheets for the pullout, none immediately available at front desk so took one off the king bed for him. Large hair ball from a mop left on bathroom floor from house keeping was disappointing. Unfortunately didn’t see the value based on the price we paid.
