We had no complaints about the amenities, complimentary breakfast served or the staff; however, the room appeared quite dated. There was a noticeable carpet odor, and my wife and son experienced sneezing for sometime. Additionally, the heater took a significant amount of time to start functioning.

The Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport Addition charged 108$ per day after paid 145$ for a one night stay. I don’t have any why they charged also they charged 15$ for the deposit
