The room was not clean. We asked for someone to come and sweep the sand off the furniture and floors which they did in a timely manner. Most of the staff were nice with a few exceptions. The property seem to need an overhaul with signs of deferred maintenance in a lot of areas.

The hotel was very clean and our room was spacious and nicely decorated. Hunter, the bartender at Landshark was friendly and welcoming. There was coffee pods in the room, but no milk or sugar. No breakfast option was available on the property. The fire pit seemed to have been out of order for quite some time according to staff. The conditioner bottle in the shower was empty upon arrival and was not refilled when the room was serviced. There were water bottles next to the coffee machine on our first day that were not replaced during that time either. The surrounding neighborhood during our Monday-Wednesday stay did not offer a lot of options. There seems to be a large contingent of unhoused meth heads. Not Margaritaville's fault but something to be aware of. All in all I would return but would like to see some attention to detail paid to the guest experience.

The corner suite that we got was awesome offering amazing panoramic views of the ocean. The restaurant food wasn’t impressive at all but there’s plenty of dining options within walking distance from the hotel. There’s no parking at all in this area so you’ll have to use the hotel’s valet parking which was very convenient
