Sheets dirty carpet dirty room smell like smoke toilet does not work and there's a whole in the bathroom door. Elevators smell like urine. Pool and spa is full of black and green algae. This place is disgusting. I slept in my car.

The staff was friendly, BUT…This hotel is a disaster. Door to our room was broken and wouldn’t open or close properly. Rusty closet shelving. Pool was green and disgusting. Moldy shower. Overall dirty. Ended up leaving earlier than planned. I would never book this property again.

Worst experience of my life regarding hotels. The hallways were filthy and smelled of urine, they did not honor the request we made when booking reservations for a ground floor and it was supposed to be pet friendly. The floors were filthy, towels had been washed but had stains, the guy at the desk had a dismissing attitude and it was midnight after several days of packing, only a few hours sleep and several hours of driving ot was too late to start looking for another hotel. Also, police were in the parking lot apparently for a domestic dispute. The room and property could only be described as disgusting. Oh, and the pool was empty except some green sludge in the deep end.

Horrific Stay — This Property Should Be Removed from Expedia Immediately I have travelled quite a bit and have never experienced anything as appalling as the Quality Inn & Suites Jacksonville–Baymeadows. This property should NOT be listed on Expedia. It is unsafe, unsanitary, and absolutely unfit for guests. Upon arrival after midnight—exhausted from international travel—I was assigned Room 212, which had two double beds instead of the king I booked. That was the least of the issues. The entire property is in shocking condition: The elevator is hidden behind an unmarked door, and inside it had a foul odor. Walkways and walls are filthy, deteriorating, and clearly neglected. Guests were openly smoking marijuana in the corridors. The non-functional pool was disgusting, full of moss, cloudy standing water, and looked like a mosquito breeding ground. The room had a strong, musty, foul odor. Floors and walls were dirty, and the bedding was stained, wrinkled, and not professionally made. The TV stand was old and dusty, and the bathroom sink had rust spots. There were no towels in the room. It was so bad I couldn't even sit down. At 1 a.m., I was forced to stand and make frantic calls to find another hotel for my wife and me—on what was supposed to be part of our 25th anniversary trip. Emotionally draining and completely unacceptable. The only positive was that the property refunded me promptly, but that does not excuse the deplorable conditions.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed in to date. The parking lot looked like a landfill with beer bottles, chip bags, needles, and god knows what else. The room was never cleaned by hotel staff the duration of my stay. A small yogurt or a waffle are the only options for breakfast. The exterior lights activate about an hour after sunset. Multiple other clientele have items from their vehicles strewn about the parking lot multiple times a week. The room door was rusted to near structural demise, anything metal in the room was corroded beyond recognition. Shower was hot with an updated surround.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent stay at the Quality Inn Jacksonville – Baymeadows from Friday, October 31 through Sunday, November 2. My experience was extremely unpleasant, and I ultimately checked out early due to the poor conditions and overall feeling of being unsafe. From the moment I arrived, the property appeared run-down and poorly maintained, with questionable individuals coming and going at all hours. During my stay, two separate individuals approached me asking for handouts, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe on the premises. The rooms were substandard, with visible marks on the walls, a broken light fixture near the bed, and worn-out furnishings. While I had a television and microwave, another guest mentioned that their room had neither. The beds were old metal spring mattresses, which made it nearly impossible to get a comfortable night’s sleep. The breakfast options were very poor—consisting only of make-your-own waffles and boxes of Captain Crunch cereal—and the coffee was undrinkable. I also noticed signs posted on some doors indicating that people were living there, which raised additional safety and cleanliness concerns. Overall, this property was dirty, poorly managed, and felt unsafe. I expected a much higher standard from the Quality Inn brand, and I am very disappointed that my stay did not reflect your usual level of service and comfort.

Okay so this is the trenches. Soon as the hotel is in sight there is trash allllll over the street. Ok. Once in the lil musty no bathroom hotel lobby. Check in was easy as sit should be. They asked for a 100 dollar deposit...lmfao.. the room wasnt even 100 dollars.....so after we gave them the 100 dollar bill ...because if we gave them our card it would take 2 to 10 business days for return. We go to the room.on the way the pool and jacuzzi is algae..yall it stank so bad...the wall .. looked like people were scratching on it...ok long eventful weird story later.... they changed the room...easy...room was 4 percent better...the night was eventful....

The sink in the bathroom smells and it drains slowly. I went to get breakfast sometime after 7 I thought maybe breakfast runs out and someone was going to fix more so I asked the guy at the desk what’s going on with the breakfast he told me all they had was waffles.Id never go back to that place neither would I recommend anyone.

The property and rooms were in decrepit condition. The first room I was accommodated in had the cable TV wire cut out from the wall. The bathroom was dirty. It looked like the room was used before me and was not cleaned. I went to the front desk and let them know what happened. They then proceeded to put me in another room in the same conditions except for the TV worked this time. The linens were stained and dirty. The towels were dirty. It was not worth it I wish I could give it zero stars.
